		<description>Sweet Mary that&#039;s alot of food!  Fantastic resource that you have there!   I think I will continue to try to work on season extenders-I&#039;m with you on the canned spinach- I&#039;d rather pick fresh in December!

Here in Zone 5b I thik it is realistic, with a &quot;hoop house&quot; and creative variety selection to grow food for all but maybe 8-12 weeks of the year, hopefully cutting some of this down.  I&#039;d rather be in the garden than the kitchen- that much canning makes my head hurt, but I agree the math holds up.
