Fantastic resource that you have there! I think I will continue to try to work on season extenders-I'm with you on the canned spinach- I'd rather pick fresh in December! Here in Zone 5b I thik it is realistic, with a "hoop house" and creative variety selection to grow food for all but maybe 8-12 weeks of the year, hopefully cutting some of this down.
