    I think there is probably nothing more moving to me than brand-new seedlings. The thrill and the sheer joy I feel is exactly the same as when I was in the second grade and we planted those silly beans in silly paper cups. It was so exciting, and it’s the only thing I remember from grade school.

    Jeepers, those purple peacocks are real beauties. I gotta get me some.
