What shall I eat?

Ok…I’ve given y’all several months worth of vegetarian, more vegetarian, and omnivore meals. Now…what am I going to cook this month? Leave me a recipe in the comments! Omni or veggie, with lots of vegetables, just no dairy, please.

    Emily, this is a lot like asking us to tell you the meaning of life.

    Okay, I’m slow on this one, and as you know, I’ve struggled myself with the mid-summer recipes. But I usually think about countries when I hit the food blahs. So what suits the weather? Mexico? Thailand? India? Argentina? I find it easy to get stuck in generally Italian/French salads and wraps, and the flavours of the other countries really get me juiced up again.
